About Our Team
Holly Jeffries is a paralegal with over twenty-five years of experience in guardianship, estate planning, probate, trust administration and Medicaid. She is extremely knowledgeable, loyal and dedicated and provides excellent client service. Over the last twenty-five years in working with Ms. Boyer, she has received extensive specialized training on Medicaid and Veterans benefits and has attended and assisted in presentations on all aspects of elder law. She understands how to help people navigate through the long-term care system, and knows about the many resources available to caregivers and families.
Carmen Campbell has over eighteen years of experience in estate planning and trust administration. Carmen truly enjoys helping people and assisting clients with their estate planning and in guiding clients through the trust administration process.
Daniella Rey is a legal assistant. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She is a former teacher and she worked with kids with autism. She enjoys meeting new people and helping families. In her spare time, you can find her hiking, dancing and enjoying iced coffee at a local coffee shop. She is fluent in Spanish.
Joanne Hybarger is our probate paralegal with over twenty-five years of experience. She enjoys helping clients navigate through the probate process.
Melissa Campbell is our estate planning paralegal with over twenty years of experience in trusts, trust administration, and bookkeeping. She enjoys guiding families through the creation of an estate plan.
Diana Rhodes handles our community outreach. She has thirty years of customer service experience and helps to coordinate presentations to the community on elder law topics.
